This is not limited to the astounding services described above. Our staff can also take care of the routine tasks necessary to keep your technology up-to-date and running properly, as well as assist you with any problems that may arise.
Don't need the entire portfolio of our vast business technology services? Simply select the ones you need (these will be called your "Included Services"). There is no need to worry about any services you might need down the road. Those can be added when you need them (these will be called your "Optional Services"). No contract re-negotiation is needed, and no inflated charges for "out of scope" requests. The rates for these Optional Services are negotiated ahead of time, and you only pay for them when they are needed.
Our Custom Recurring Service Packages are not "one size fits all". More importantly, they are not "one price fits all".
All of our packages include a valuable technology assessment prior to expiration or renewal. You also get the benefits of: priority access to our staff, guaranteed response times, and preferred pricing on all of our services. Since your technology is an integral part of your business, after-hours and emergency access is included with every Custom Recurring Service Package (of course, you only pay for it when it is used).
We provide a variety of renewal options, including automatic renewal. Take the opportunity at renewal time to easily change the service options you have selected. Add some of those Optional Services to your Included Services, or change some of those Included Services into Optional Services. There is no need to throw out the previous contract, we just amend it (a nice little feature we include in all of our CRSP contracts).
